Hi guys! How has your week been so far? Mineâs been pretty quiet for the most part. One more day of work (well, not including today) so thatâs a definite plus! I called this post âWIAW: Just a Few Eatsâ because I didnât remember to photograph as much food as usual. But, some food is better than no food! Thanks JennÂ for hosting todayâs WIAW đ
Last Thursday I went to Whole Foods and bought a jar of Justinâs Vanilla Almond Butter:
I hadnât bought any in awhile and Whole Foods had it cheaper than Giant Eagle, so I figured why not? I did eat a few spoonfuls out of the jar before I decided that I should save it for a recipe instead of just stuffing my face đ Expect that recipe next week!
Over the weekend I enjoyed a Chipotle salad because they are my fave.
I got the usual: chicken, fajita vegetables, mild salsa, cheese and guacamole atop lettuce, plus corn. I have no idea why the woman added corn but I canât say I was that mad about it.Â
Sunday morning, Miguel and I headed to Square CafeÂ and I enjoyed an iced white mocha and some gluten free pancakes, which I forgot to snap a picture of.Â
Iâm still the worst food blogger. One day I will remember to photograph everything I eat. One dayâŚâŚÂ
Sunday night Miguel offered to make dinner. I still donât know what the occasion was but I was THRILLED nonetheless.
Chicken, roasted potatoes and asparagusâhe did a great job đÂ
The next night I made a simple dinner of shrimp, rice and grilled peppers.Â
âŚ.and then Miguel told me he doesnât like peppers and proceeded to pick them all out HAHA I suck.Â
And yesterday I bought myself an iced raspberry mocha because I hadnât had Starbucks in a week or two and I felt like I was going through withdrawal. Iâm only sort of kidding.
Just look at that condensation! Ok Iâm sad to say those are the only things I remembered to photograph from the past week. #fail Iâll be better next week. And yes, I am aware that this post is extremely short. Enjoy the rest of your Wednesday!
